Had one of these things (till i broke it), but i can only recommend it. It helped me a f***load with forearm strength and dexterity for scratching.

Also used for grip strengthening by pro squash and tennis players. Cop this shit (its alotta fun).

These balls are truly the muts nuts man. Being proper PowerBall Hand Gyros
they are as hard to crack as the bullet proof gla** on old Gorge Bush's limo.
And if you do manage to break it, you can send back to be replaced no questions did i mention this is a life time garentee?

I had one of those ones klinikal and i got from the uk and they are soooo kak in comparison to these balls.
