Those of you with DSTV should check vh1 local listings for the replay time. It is well worth the effort & I especially advise you new school heads to peep it for a history lesson. 8)

Yeah he had that in his set also when I had the chance to go to see a performance of his is Atlanta early Aug. Very cool though I must admit BLACK THOUGHT KILLED IT!!! It was like if you closed your eyes it was like Kane was rapping!! 8)

Then the Big Daddy himself comes out with all the old skool moves The Roger Rabbit, The overhed kick into the backflip & PLITS! Dude is like 40 & can still do the splits!
I fell of my chair at this point..

It was cats like Kane that caused me to fall in love with Hip Hop in the 1st place!

LONG LIVE THE KANE!

i was lucky enough to see Big Daddy Kane live in London when he was in his prime,,, I think it was at the Royal Albert Hall, but that's going back some way so my memory might not be correct...

Pimpin' ain't easy.

I still got most of his vinyls somewhere. good times.

Kane's flow is on point on "Can't Hold it Back" & "Warm it Up"

But peep the rest of the Hip Hop Honours award show there some other dope tributes in cluding Nelly doing a LL cover of "I'm Bad"..I actually like it.
