I can confirm that legal representative of Hype mag have contacted Syd Money with reference to the diss track.

This is truly pathetic. Hype published slanderous material about Syd. Syd dissed them back in kind on a track. Hype sues - what an ultimate bitch move.

Once again, it doesn't matter what you think about Syd as an MC, you can't have editors of national magazines starting beef with rappers, then taking them to court when they answer back. What little credibility Fungayi had left has now completely disappeared as far as I'm concerned.

Sad.
