That was one of the illest open mic sets I've been to in a while. What were your thoughts?

a lot of ill poets...driemanskap, unic, archetypes, kanyi...many more but i'm one of those people who got there a bit late.

marketing is a real issue in cape town hip hop. i hope someone out there is studying marketing and promotion so we can get this thing moving.

yeah, i get what you're saying about marketing. I heard about this gig through the grape vine. amazingly the turn up was good.

i gotta say though, everytime i see that ckick Kanyi perform, she kills it. it's a pity those times are few and far inbetween.
