Dont know how much bizniz you gon get round these parts chale... most of these jokers already regularly practise a low impact exercise to develop at least one of their wrists.... and I'm pretty sure it also genrates a facial expression very much like the one of our pencil sketch friend you got demo-ing yo balls.

Wzup madd. Yeah, been a while. Laying low. Still been skimming the page more or less daily. Not posting much these days tho.

Its a really 'KIFF' device used by pro squash and tennis players to strngthen hand and wrist strength. Alot of fun to play with. U start spinning a ball lodged inside this shell casing. As it spins faster (gaining momentum as you move your wrist in a twisting movement), centrifugal force causes it to become increasingly strenous to hold on to. Works wondrs for hand dexterity in scratching
