It all begins in a small Oregon town, when shy Sam (RORY CULKIN) confesses to his protective older brother Rocky that he is getting pummeled daily by the towering school bully, George. Rocky then puts a plan in motion to get revenge by inviting George along for a boat trip in the woods. However as the day progresses Sam gets to know George and feels sorry for him. He tries to call the plan off but things have spiraled out of control already.
