You Can’t Stop The Murders Movie Review

21 September 2005 No Comment

A serial killer starts killing people, first a biker, then a construction worker, then a cowboy and Indian, then a sailor. However by the time the local cops figure out the M.O. they realise the last person to get killed must be a cop. The local chief calls in a cop from Sydney, Tony, who takes trigger happy to a new level.

YOU CAN’T STOP THE MURDERS has got to be one of the funniest, most twisted and demented black comedies to be released in a long time. It’s a pity that it’s not getting a commercial release because it would be a big success.

It has funny characters, it’s self deprecating, it’s off centre and it’s so camp. YOU CAN’T STOP THE MURDERS is a laugh a minute. It’s definitely worth watching more than once and is one for the DVD collection.

Not bad for a country that kicks our butt at rugby and enjoys intercourse with sheep.
