This week I had a conversation about Dan "The Automator" Nakamura with a buddy.
I commented that if Linkin Park ever made a beats only album I would be the first in line to get my grubby overspending hands on their compact disc.

He blessed me with the info that Dan & Prince Paul a' la Stetsasonic (spelling) /Gravediggaz did a series of albums under the name of "The Handsome Boys Modelling School"

It was surreal that RR stepped into my house with a hardrive full of music , one of the Album's being "So How's your girl".

How you feeling AG?
Any Automator / Gravediggaz / Dr Octagon / Stetsasonic / Prince Paul fans here?

Automator/prince Paul are great but I'm no fan of HBMS.

Prince Paul the coolest cat on the planet! met him at the RedBull music academy when Cape Town Hosted it, he gave a talk for bout two hours at Bush Radio, explaining everything bout ALL the music he put out!

HBMS is dope, the second one ain't as hot as the 1st.

You should check out Prince among theives album from Prince Paul, it plays out like a movie, mad fresh.

Automator's "the Lovage" if you feeling the joint "Truth" from HBMS

Automator also produced Deltron 3030. This album should be in everyone's top ten list. The production is excellent and Del never disappoints. Him and automator have real good chemistry.

I think the first time I heard about Prince Paul was his Gravediggaz work.
& that was via some black horror movie soundtrack where ALL the tracks were HipHop orientated.

I think the movie's name was TALES FORM THE HOOD.
What's Ironic is that this was the same time I had DR OCTAGON - the album with that "Half shark Alligator half man" track on it.

Thats the 2003 album after a prince among thieves...this is the one that starts off with the dave chapelle intro....
