In a perfect world, people would be given licenses to breathe. They would have to prove they can live in the real world and not make stupid-a** statements or do ridiculous, half-a**ed stunts before they are granted one. Clearly Malema would fail his test multiple times and be stuck walking around with a big L plate on his back for the rest of his life.

Him and people who stop at the bottom of escalators.
