Been checking out what I have been glued to in 2008 and the past 3 years. Just a recap of what I got, borrowed, bootleged, bought, and etc. And I'm glad to say it's been S.A. that's been feeding me for the the whole year, except for NAS's Nigger and DMX (which I don't consider cos it old-that's flesh of my flesh, blood of my blood). Copped me some Zuluboy.....Yeah, just one S.A album for the whole year. Scks!!!!!!!!!!!!
However, Hype kept ma ear to the street, with crews like Drie on that Dwadl' iVerstaan, nuccas like Blackmoss, Zakwe, Abdus (on that eZaselok'shin track), Blacklez, Kronikseed, Damola (yeah, still hooked on that Grownman's Buz' bootleg), ProKid (Uthini Ngo PRO), . Damn, many more. Nyambino's was also blessing us with them Cap City bootlegs, either blez or dk, it was all goodie. D also had us going with 'em Razza videos, all nicessness
Still on that Maximum Sentence Mix (My Destiny, For Hip Hop, Iceberg Hail, yo yo yo, S.A. is hot), Landmynz Vol 1 (Rise of the Underdawg, When it's Real, Hell is Home- yeah 3WR is always on point, 21 Rhyme Slaute). Still on Terror's Vir My Enemies, that Maradona's Not a Thug, PRO's Heads and Tales,
Damn, it been a good one and there's lot I left out. Loving S.A. hip hop right now
tell me ur's.

For some reason, I've been listening to Hip Hop from Central Asia. I was checking some
Khazak, Uzbek, and Georgian stuff and some of it is impressive while some of it is a
copy of US mainstream Hip Hop (why does Causac music sound like Crunk now of a
sudden?)
For Europe, I've gotten into this Polish dude named Paluch and he sounds tight.
Dutch commercial Hip Hop is even interesting concerning the beef that everyone
has toward this MC named Kempi.
-
At The Moment this Swedish crew, LOOP TROOP. so i guess EU kills it for me.
-
Asian shit, you get that Jin and I be your brother for life.
-
So let the bootleg begins. Hahaha
@M-P ___some of tha Polish and that Kempi kid
@Sarc ___yeah, I think I had bout loop troop. Don't know where___so up it, please LOL
@ Pyro___ What's JIN on to.....shaolin spits and tokyo drifts. Hahaha Jokes man. Will love to hear some new stuff....can get the hip hop dust off ma ears and brain....leave it shining wif new ideas....hahaha..up it when you get it
-
Asian shit, you get that Jin and I be your brother for life.
Jin is American. He's Chinese American but he reps the US.
-

At the moment though that South African flavour is just fresh you know...
HHP holding it down, i f***ed a bitch while bumping that wayzer joint
Saw a video ya Todi Mac, good quality vid, dope sound
That Vuvuzela remix joint is dope
Teargas is on this creative tip
This Anonymous cat is tyt
yeah S.A man f***
-
Jin is from Miami, of Chinese descent but he's really big in China,
L.M.F. (Lazy Mutha f***az) were probably the biggest Hip Hop crew out of China, but they split up, DJ Tommy was the DJ, same dude who represented China in the DMC championships, like 5 or 6 years ago, another rapper from out there that's pretty big is MC Hot Dog, he's from Taipei, Taiwan.
From Poland I used to love Molesta back in the day but they split up too, also DJ 600V, don't really know what's going on in Poland right now,...
-
I listen to everything you feel me...
-
I dunno, I haven't been a fan of Nigerian (N9ja) Hip Hop for a while. The only
people I'm feeling from the country are Terry tha Rapman and Mode 9.
I remember when the competition of the best West African Hip Hop scene
was between Senegal and Ghana during the late 90s-early 2000s.

Yeah feeling Naija, Modie be sick on that methaphoric thrill thingy and storytelling.

Nah, it's all in Japanese, but dope though. There's this old school Japanese crew
that I was into earlier this year called East End and Yuri. Even they were
commerical during their time, they were dope. Even the girl was married to
the guy who created BAPE clothing for a while.

Nigo's the man! Teriyaki Boyz album is nice! there's a lot of heat coming from Japan,
Muro has got to be one of my favorite producers of all time! As for DJ Honda he lives in New York now,
he's been in NY for a while, runs his own label out there and works a lot with PMD. Other dope cats from Japan are Twiggy, Shing02, Zeebra, Rhymester, Shakka Zombie, worth a listen..
-
Redrama straight outta Finland Helsinki!

K-Real is nice too!! the stuff he did with Kashal-Tee from Sweden was too dope!
(speaking of Kashal-Tee, I got that The Official Bootleg tape he droped so holler at me)
I think Rockin' Da North put out my favorite album from Finland though, the beats and concepts were too sick, they had TTC from Paris and Curse from Germany on the record too, Euro Graffers connections! word, Renesansi from Fintelligens was a dope album too!

Don't really know anything from Cambodia, nor anything from Mexico that's dope,
(isn't Control Machete more rock?)
don't really know anything from New Zealand either, except for DJ P-Money (who is super sick),
I meet him in Germany about 6 years ago and he played me some Scribe (who is nice with his) but that's about it,...I'll add my favorites from Greece, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Turkey and so forth at a later point, but yeah let's keep it going this is fun!
-
never knew finland had hip hop artists :-X :-[
-
I forgot this other group from Mexico named Molotov. They're like the Beastie Boyz
their videos are funny and political too. I remember one girl I knew from Mexico
said that one of their songs were banned.
-
yeah I remember them too, but they more of a crossover band, heavy guitars and rock riffs, there was a spot near the carneceria in the mexican lot in my neighborhood, that sold mexican rap cd's, was really a whole lot of bald heads with sungla**es, tats, dickies shorts, and LA jerseys, mad Gangsta rap coming out of mexico, some of it is cool, you might have heard of Joker, but yeah most of it heavy westcoast sounding Gangster rap.
-

Yeah, ese (inserts fake Chicano accent) I have some Joker clothing and Dickies and I
seem to be the only person in my hood who reps it. My area may have a majority of
Caribbean people (Jamaicans, Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, and Trinidadians), but since
I'm also a West Coast head I also support the Chicano Hip Hop stuff. I realize that
the stuff out of Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina sounds alot like Cypress Hill
who are Chicano, probably except for Sen-Dog and DJ Muggs.
-
Columbia is heavy into that Gangsta Rap too! Speaking of Chicanos I know you remember Kid Frost! lol! you so cool that I'm a call you a culo! lol! palabres!
-
Always has and will always be france

-

Yeah, Kid Frost was the shit. I liked his tune, "For la Raza" and "Straight to the bank".
But for Caribbean Latinos, I remember Vico C when he was a Hip Hop artist before he
did Dancehall Reggae (before the term Reggaeton was coined). This was back when
he lived in New York back in the 80s.
-
All I gotta say is that for the US, the only Hip Hop I'm feeling is the
stuff comming from the West. All I listen to is Cla**ic G-Funk and
Hyphy. Hyphy seems to be like the only creative scene in Hip Hop
right now that isn't overplayed by the media.
-
About that old school group from Japan I was talking about, here's this
commerical that they did for this soda company back in '93:

-
French rapper Booba i dont understand a word he spit but his flow and beat selection makes you pay attention to his music.
-
I got put on Dutch rapps by some dude from Amsterdam, I worked with @ the Art Fest...chek out;
-Straatfilosoof by Appa
-I by Cilvaringz (A Dutch Wu Affiliate)
Either than that I'm still on that 90sumthing to mid 2000 US Hip Hop...I diggz me a gangload of local ish as well, from Pro Kid to Anvils. (Ay man! the list is just...)
-
Yeah Cilva Ringz!! you ever heard of the Resurecktaz? that was ODB's Amsterdam crew, whenever Wu used to get on the radio in Amsterdam, they had the Resurecktaz from Bijmer (amsterdam hood) on the radio with them, I really need to rip my ca**ettes into digital, cause I got crazy dutch masters episodes on tape, Black Moon & Smif N Wessun, I got crazy episodes on tape, dutch hip-hop is dope, Extince, Brainpower, Zombi Squad, The Proov, Select Personnel, Boomoperators, Yukkie B, nuff good stuff out the low lands, Pete Philly & Perquisite put out two really dope albums too.
As for Reggaeton Puerto Rico didn't invent it, they commercialized it, but Reggaeton started in the 70's down in Panama, when Jamaican workers went there to help build the Panama Canal, they brought Reggae with them, and the Panamanians created Reggaeton like Reggae in Spanish, it spread through all the spanish communities in the Caribbean. Speaking of I'm really loving Puerto Rican Hip-Hop right now, cats like Siete Nueve, Tek Uno, Velcro, Intifada and such got the crazy beats! Nuff Ced is a really dope producer out there.
As for France they stay doing it! I really dig this video from Sefyu I think the video was shot in Senegal:

Cypress Hill who are Chicano, probably except for Sen-Dog and DJ Muggs.
B-Real and Sen Dog are both Chicanos from East Los Angeles, Sen Dog is a black Mexican,
DJ Muggs is Italian from Cypress Hills, Queens, NY (where the name comes from), he moved to L.A. back in the 80's and was the DJ for 7A3, an imported New York crew on the west coast, both the rappers and Muggs were from N.Y., based out in L.A. hence the title of their album "Coolin' Out In Cali".

Yep, yep, yep, I remember the early Reggaeton sounds of the early 80s. Before Puerto
Rico's scene started, Panama had Dancehall MCs such as Nando Boom and El General.
I remember watching El General's videos when he was on Univision (a Spanish language
network based in Miami).
I remember this video from one of his latest CDs before he retired in '02.

yah u know right now I'm bumping Karl-Heinz Nicklaus Von Gruber the lll, this dude is ill, he holding it down for Lichtstinstein. Another dude who I luv is Mailai Pnhom Shebu Tham from Tibet, he on sum next-level tip. He did a remix to his smash hit "Tibet's So Gangsta" with this cat from Outer Mongolia called Wan Dalai Phikut, killed it man. Papua New Guinea gon' lock things down next year look out Ma'a Kahui Tui'viaga and Lam-lam Toe'ava Tambucaulau, dudes is nice. Also got this Mixtape this rapper in The Western Sahara called Dawood Yusuf Bin Zubair Al-Fayed, he nice. But the best is most definitely the second album from Solar Ballchinian Gangstaz who come from Jupiter, it's called "The Iminent Invasion" where they talk about how they invade and take over Planet Earth coz humans ain't keeping it gangsta no more. smh ain't this thread, dudes is taking it as an excuse to name-drop the most non-existent rappers in the most obscure countries on the planet. Who cares what's going on in Poland, Finland and Turkey? lol

Wow you really ignorant to the shit, aren't you the same guy that said the Cape Flats were the first to make Keffiyehs a fashion statement? lol! you stoopid! if you would look past the brim of your own plate, and see what else is set on the table, you could avoid such embarra**ments, go back to guessing Nasir's age on his album cover foolish child! on the other hand, does anyone know what went down at the Sting Fest '08 in Portmore, Jamaica two days ago? did Movado go at Vybz Kartel like he's been saying he would? Vybz would murder Movado! Ain't nobody got shit on Vybz! he the king in the ring! would love to see Vybz and Dr. Evil clash! that shit would be too sick!
