Title: 360 Record Deals
Post by: Mega on November 09, 2009, 08:40:23 PM
The slavemasters tighten their chains on artists. :( :( :(

Bumped into this interesting article on new record contracts.

http://www.techcrunch.com/2008/11/08/360-music-deals-become-mandatory-as-labels-prepare-for-free-music/

I wonder what the situation is like here in South Africa when it comes to record deals. Anybody has an idea?

How else are record labels supposed to make any money off their ma**ive investments in artists if no one is buying CDs?
