Damn!!! Can't believe that rap C.E.O. money wasn't enough. Dude still resorted to drug deals when he could have gone completely legit.

I don't understand this at all.

I dont think these rap dudes (artists and moguls), especially the ones that were hear about in the media, are slinging drugs (or whatever contraband they get caught with) coz they need the doe.  It would be stupid for someone in the public eye to sling crack!! And I dont think anyone that can make it that far in the music game is too stupid to know that fame brings heat....

I think that they just take the rap for the dudes that they grew up with, the dudes who still sell these drugs.. and since them Afro Americans have this No Snitching obsession, they cant get themselves out of the bad situation by telling the law..   ..

They just gotta stop hanging out with people who aint legit..

Hood codes and no snitching are no excuse. Jay-Z moved away from this dumb mentality shit and focused on music and business. Dumb street niggaz started throwing stones at him for that.
People need to be mature and realize street shit will get you nowhere but jail or being killed.

keeping it real my a**. GROW UP!!!

The funny thing is that Rappers (and other entertainment folks) that talk about selling loads of drugs (read Rick Ross or Plies) never get caught on drug beefs.  It is always the guys who never say anything who get caught (read John Forte).

This must be a criteria should anyone need to verify if a Rapper is really in the dope game.. .. If they talk about it = they dont do it (and in most cases, they've never done it)..

^^^^^Am feeling what you said righ there. @Mega, that's so true and Jigga is a prime example of how to shift your business from street to the boardroom. Like he said on that "I'm feelin' it" joint, "Transactions illegitimate coz life's a bitch". Its not a bitch anymore so no need for illegal transactions.

It also really pisses me off on how people feed into Rick Ross' bullshit. That dude is misleading the youth by glamorising the drug game.

Well you have to be retarded to buy into anything that Rick Ross says in the first place, so let him mislead the idiots of society so they all listen to what he says, and go to jail. That way we will have fewer idiots lurking on the streets for other stupid women to breed with.
