KEYS BY THE POUND

a collection of 12" containing pianoloops, that's what the mixtape is based on.
tracks from 1991 to 2003 ...  (re-coded for those who had a previous mp3 versions that is skippin ...)

u like the concept/tracks?

thanx everyone!
well, right now my tapes and Cds are on the way to CT and SA .... time will tell ... maybe i can take over a few gigs from nastie ed while he's on holiday, and a few promoters allready contacted me .... but any help is welcome! if u have contact to a club or promoter and u would like get em to book me, feel free to help me in any way u can  ;)

payment should be a big issue. i do graphics and editing to stay alive, so i deejay for the love and take appropriate payments, means that i can adapt to any budjet if the event is for a good cause. strictly commercial events get a strictly commercial invoice ...  i just need to see something positive soming out of my action: people having a good party, people chillin and boogieing/headnodding, support Mcs with the beats, make people smile and connect, ....  
if i'm just there to be "hiphop" for the club, to create a row of people waiting to ask for jigga and fifty because i only play (danceable) ninetees banger, ... then feel free to check all the demos from other cats coming in ... dont wanna take anyones place there ...

for those who just want to listen to me, i'll post updates in this thread ...

How interested in doing a few spots on radio? I have contacts on major radio stations in Gauteng & the Eastern Cape I can hook you up with.
Typically it would just be guest spots on radio shows like The HIPHOCALYPSE so no payment involved but good exposure to market yourself to large listenership.

Yo Jah I don't know how long you gonna be here, but I would gladly have you play on my radio show in CPT, my show aint stricly hip hop, but I put in much as I can. I'd also grand an interview, just to talk some of that intristing shit about who you played wit and shit, also unfortunately since its a radio set I couldn't pay you, but it would be like 30 - 40 minutes of your time and you could use it to promo yo gigs here in Cape Town. Holla back at me, but i'm only on at night, Dp, Madd, Ed, they all knwo how to get hold of me.

Tightness, i vibes with keys, that crooklyn dodgers track man, i remember the first time i had that track on Glen's show, i was still shocked to my ears after hearing Nel perform that "No competition" track on Take 5, it must have ben 2001 or 2002, before the maximum sentence thing, it was the first time i heard an S.A. chick who had a dope flow, 'twas too nice a performance jus to switch to Glen only to find that joint on the playt, was like WTF? what Jeru the Damaja joint is this? too sick, man, i'll never forget that day. stilll dressed in school uniform and all 8)
