Namibia’s’  premium performing and recording musical act, hip hop sensations Black Vulcanite have signed a major management deal with Cape Town based  The Moon Rises Productions.
 
 Fresh from winning the Best Music Video award at the Namibian Music Awards 2015 for hit single 'Big Egos’, the deal comes at a time when their following  is hungry for more of what has come to be expected of the crew. Their debut album Remember the Future, released in 2012, set them apart as the most consciously relevant outfit arguably in the continent.
 
The Trio, made up of Alain 'AliThatDude' Villet, Nikolai 'Okin' Tjongarero and Mark Mushiva, are due to release a yet to be titled album in September 2015, produced  yet again by eclectic Swiss producer Maloon The Boom. Prior to the full album, the motley crew like lyrical soldiers will be releasing a single with a video that they are currently In Cape Town producing. A fresh collaboration with a major SA Hip Hop artist yet to be confirmed is on the cards.
“We want to show presence” says Mark, when asked what drove them to get back into studio. “We will hit the ground running with banging beats and hyped up collaborations”.
 
Black Vulcanite will have promotional shows around Cape Town in July /August 2015 , then a national tour of the album in Cape Town , Johannesburg and Windhoek(Namibia)  from September 2015. Are you ready to be Vulcanized?

New York's Prodigy of Mobb Deep recently visited The Alex Jones Show to speak about the Illuminati and more. After famously saying, "Illuminati want my mind, soul and my body," Prodigy took his lyrics further in the recent interview with the controversial Jones. Speaking on how society has been brainwashed, talking about President Obama and more, Prodigy shared his feelings about the world's "conspiracies."

"To me, it’s definitely not a joke. There’s a lot of real stuff going on out here, in this world. Secret societies are real. It’s definitely really obvious that they’re at work and it’s at play in the music industry, in the food industry, politics, everywhere you turn, it’s everywhere. You just gotta read the signs, the writing on the wall. It’s right in front of your face. Once people just learn about it and do a little research about it all, they’ll be like, ‘Yeah, I understand what’s going on.’"

Though he feels pa**ionately about this topic, Prodigy is aware that others don't share his sentiments. He acknowledged this by saying that others are brainwashed, so he and others who speak about conspiracies may not be effective with their messages.

"This plan that they got into effect for hundreds of years or whatever, I think it’s so embedded in people’s brains now. They got people so brainwashed in this world that they don’t even really care anymore about people like Alex Jones, people like Prodigy. They're like, 'Go ahead, tell these people what you want. We got these people so brainwashed, there's nothing you could do about it.'"

Analyzing his role in Hip Hop and how other elements play a part in the formation of the culture, Prodigy said he is unhappy with how his friends and others are "brainwashed."

"In the Hip Hop community," he added, "In the urban communities, where I come from, they have us so brainwashed with fashion, jewelery and sex, that we don't even care to think about what's going on. A lot of the people I'm around, I look at them sometimes and all they're concerned about is, what I just said, fashion, jewelry and sex, all stuff that's materialistic and it's not going to do nothing for their souls or their lives."

"I got to a point in my life and in my career where, it's easy to get caught up in that lifestyle with fast money, sex, drugs and rock and roll. I started slipping at some point and I had to catch myself...I got to the point where I got fed up and pissed off and I said, 'I'm not rocking jewelery no more. I'm not doing certain things anymore.' I did it to make a statement."

While not fully rehashing the now infamous feud he had with Jay-Z, Prodigy did speak about the Brooklyn emcee, saying that he feels Jay-Z has "chosen sides" in the game. He added that Jay-Z took a different route, which is why he has more money and power within the music industry.

"Jay-Z is just one example and one of the biggest examples of artists in the music industry, because he's so popular and so big...He knows what time it is, he just doesn't promote it. From the looks of things, it looks like he has chosen sides. He's chosen a side and the side he chose is money, power and he doesn't really care to spread the information that might save some body's soul."

Shifting his focus to the United States' current president, Prodigy spoke about President Obama as well. Saying that he is a part of a conspiracy, "whether he knows it or not," he added that he is a part of a plan to "rule the world."

"My view on [President Obama] is that, number one, you can't be a president of the United States unless you're a part of this bloodline that they got going on that goes all the way back to European royalty. So, they got this bloodline going on and whether people believe it or not, it's very real. You will not be an American president unless you are linked and a part of this bloodline. Obama is."

"From what I see, whether he knows it or not, he's down with this whole conspiracy to rule the world. He's a part of it. To brainwash people, to kill people, genocide, everything that goes on out here that's so fantastic you really don't want to believe it, he's a part of it."

The Resurrected Moses

This article is based on Sigmund Freud's Moses and Monotheism, especially adopting Freud's hypothesis that Moses was Egyptian. The article will not detail Freud's argument or present counter arguments, to see these, the reader can view the original work of Freud. It is here significant to say that Freud does mention counter arguments to his hypothesis and refutes them. The objectives of this article are to present Freud's hypothesis, and to show how it demystifies some of the enigmas surrounding the Biblical character of Moses.
To fully comprehend Freud's hypothesis one must acknowledge the foundation upon which it is based. The foundation is from the 1909 work of Otto Rank, Der Mythus von der Geburt des Helden, which was written and titled under Freud's influence. The work deals with the fact "that almost all important civilized peoples have early woven myths around and glorified in poetry their heroes, mythical kings and princes, founders of religions, of dynasties, empires and cities-in short, their national heroes. Especially the history of their birth and of their early years is furnished with phantastic traits, the amazing similarity, nay, literal identity, of those tales, even if they refer to different, completely independent peoples, sometimes geographically far removed from one another, is well known and has struck many an investigator."
From such an a**umption the construction of the "average myth" was formulated. The summary of the conditions formulating myths is as follows: The son is born of royalty, usually of a king. The conception is impeded by difficulties, such as abstinence or temporary sterility, or the parents practice intercourse in secrecy because of prohibitation or other external obstacles. During the mother's pregnancy, or earlier, an oracle or a dream warns the father of the child's birth containing a grave danger for his safety. As a consequence the father takes steps to dispose of the child, either by ordering the child to be killed or exposing the grave danger; in most case the infant is placed in a basket and delivered to the waves. The child is saved and reared by animals or poor people. When fully grown, the child rediscovers his true identity after many heroic adventures, wrecks vengeance upon his father, and is recognizes by his people in order to attain his rightful fame and greatness.
According to this summation of the general characterization of the formulation of a myth the son almost always is either killed or abandoned by his rightful heirs. But in the case of Moses, the situation appears to be reversed. His adopted father is the Pharaoh of Egypt, and his real parents were the exiled Jews. In his work, previously stated, Freud amply describes the details surrounding the name of Moses, from both scriptural and historical standpoints, and concludes the name is Egyptian.
When concluding that the name of Moses is Egyptian Freud proceeds to argue a two-family myth theory. As usually stated, the son is born into a noble family, designated the real family; he then is abandoned by his real family and adopted, taken in, by a poorer family, designated the fictitious family, that raises him. However, at first glance, this model does not fit the Biblical Moses. In he Biblical Moses instance, the child was rescued by the noble family for his safety; Moses is thought to have come from the poorer family. The poorer family placed the child in the water not to get rid of him, as the myth usually has it, but to save him. But, according to the mythology of the myth Moses would not be heroic from this position; the hero must reclaim his rightful position. If Moses remained a Jew he has nothing to gain, there can be no rise in status, and the legend is ineffective. Although a tiny fragment is effective, the baby remains alive despite of the various external forces against his survival. Incidentally, a similar story surrounded Jesus, only Herod replaced the Pharaoh.
To proceed with his hypothesis Freud investigates the reason that Egyptian exiled Jews readily followed Moses. If Moses was Egyptian then why would the Jews follow him? Freud suggests that Moses was a distinguished Egyptian figure, such as a prince, priest or high official, who forced himself on the group as their leader. Freud admits that such a situation, an important Egyptian leading a tribe of immigrants out of Egypt, does not seem very plausible which is why most historians ignored it even though the recognized the name of Moses as Egyptian. As Freud also states, the time in which these events occurred is so remote that it is even hard to confirm whether Moses was a historical person or legendary figure because there is nothing to go on except the Holy Books and written Hebrew traditions, neither source can be substantiated, but most historians agree that Moses did live and the Exodus from Egypt, led by him, did occur.
This difficult a**umption is immediately followed by another one. Part of the difficulty in this second a**umption lies in the fact the Moses became not only this group political leader but its lawgiver and educator as well. From this man these people adopted a new religion which even today is called Mosaic after him; meaning he gave them a religion, but what religion? The exile Jews had their own religion, and many, as will be shown later, adopted Egyptian ways. Therefore, these Jews in Egypt were certainly not without some sort of religion, and if Moses gave them a new religion it was certainly one he believed himself, being Egyptian, it must have been a new Egyptian religion.

I don't see them as being black. Not because I think whites are smart, but because I find it unlikely that people from a region where there are a majority of persian and Arab people, would be black.

I think they were probably a good mix of Persian, Arab and a bit of black, since there was good trade with people from Ethiopia and Nubia.

I read something recently that said DNA tests have shown that King Tut has a haplotype that is specific to people in Celtic countries.

Dr Nathaniel Essex, you are actually right, a DNA study did come up with thos findings....its a tricky situation this.DNA results which might indicate the racial ancestry of Pharaoh Tutankhamen, the leaked results reveal that King Tut’s DNA is a 99.6 percent match with Western European Y chromosomes.According to EU Times the significance is, of course, that R1b is the most common Y-chromosome haplogroup in Europe reaching its highest concentrations in Ireland, Scotland, western England and the European Atlantic seaboard — in other words, European through and through.... an interested person(James) on this issue who argued against those findings claimed that,

This is just a good read...found it years ago in some book sale, its originaly written in French.I Did not really test the facts in the script till recenlty when i discovered that Sigmund Freud was the primary formulater of the Hypothesis that biblical Egyptians of the exodus possibly could be the hebrews themselves! one thing that struck me is proposiotion that Egyptian origins of the Masai peoples of Kenya and Tanzania! Very abstract but the facts are very logically formulated.....

If you look you will find out who solarman is to academic discipline.....By the way, being a scholar does not end after obtaining an undergrad degree, or after obtaining a couple of post graduate degrees....Its a lifelong expirience.. I now understand from the above statements that not every acdemic is an intellectual, and not all intellectuls are academics...But some intellectuals respect academia and some intellectuals do not respect academia as a whole...Go figure!!!!!
