Ok. I am not here to argue so spare me. i got the cormega album on friday and i just had to bump it as soon as i saw the comments on here.
i FULLY agree with those who say it's their preference and will not be swayed - fair enough.
i'm an artist myself so i will be frank. in terms of the calibre of people on here the production on this album is super weak. i couldn't tell which producer did what! preemo was better cause he has his signiture scratches on his records. the producers slept on cormega and gave him archived beats. i know - i've done it too,lol

Delivery = 100%? LOL!! He stumbles on his flow at times and he is MONOTONE throughout the ENTIRE record. thought he switched his tone at one point, when i checked it out, it was Tragedy on the track "Define Yourself".

i see you guys are calling this record a "Cla**ic"...errr...and the funniest one, Album Of The Year. if i may ask, is this for the year 2009 or 1996? C'mon fellaz. Take a look at what came out this year and revise that statement. These may obviously be debated but let's have a look at what came out Eminem-Relapse, Busta-B.O.M.B.S, JayZ-BP3, Skyzoo-Salvation, Reakwon-CB2 (CLa**IC), KRS&Buckshot-Survival Skills(Fire!), Red & Meth(Eish, maybe not). my point is, Cormega is not even close to be seen with a telescope to these records.

Don't get me wrong, the album is NOT WACK, but it's weak!

Na man. Jay who, all the albums you've mentioned dont cum close. To each his own. This seems like another illmatic situation... heads is sleeping on it. The most potent album to cum out in a while for me, smack them youngins with it and they sure to not go wrong. "Thoughts will never end/ unless its what i intended"

Listen to the album. Thats all you have to do to get it. You aint bumpin the wrong version you just aint listening ryt. ITs music let it be expressive and tell me who else can take it. Why is it a cla**ic? Delivery 100%, Beats 98, Features 95, Lyrical content 100, Concept 95... = CLa**IC  MATERIAL.            But jus to bug you out a bit more. Bump the new Y.U. - Before taxes... Another story for anotha day.

Luke warm. The material is great  . New offering by an old school cat.
Maybe Mega needs a voice coach to sound like Jigga, but he is the man he is and the offering for me is too dope.

I dont think he was outstaged by the peeps he featured. When was the last time you heard Premier sound so dope??? Riddle me that. Or Pete Rock? What about Fizzy, Havoc, Large Pro... the list could go on.

Listening to the man rap... Let me tell it like this:
His brain cells exposed and his pen excells to a part of hell froze...Dirty Game (Album version) Premier produced.

This is a cla**ic for all you haters. Quit bumping the album on those sloppy speakers you got in your room. Put it on your cellie and listen to what Mega has to say. If it was Nas we would say he back, but yo smack, Mega the pretty boy with mafia connections is back. The realness.

As you mature/ move on/ forgive and forget... Live and learn.

k really old but hey why not.....

There were three of us today.

Never really got her name.
When I turned around to kiss him goodnight, he was kissing her goodnight instead.
The double bed felt small today.
I slept on the edge, clung onto the sheets because today it was the only thing that cared.
He had his back to me today; when I snuck a peek over his shoulder he was pushing her hair away from her eyes and behind her ears.
They looked happy together and there was no space for me in their perfect world.
He made breakfast in bed today and it was my favourite too.
Muesli, Bulgarian yoghurt and the right amount of syrup.
I sat up to give him a kiss, that’s when I noticed that there were only two bowls on the tray.
I heard the bath run today, the steam flowed from the bathroom straight into the bedroom.
The mist was heavy but not heavy enough to cover the silhouette of him undressing her. 
He threw her black silk bra on the bed today and it landed on top of my wet pillow.
I had to undress myself today and I didn’t know where to place his Darkie t-shirt.
I never had to put it away before because usually he undressed me.
It was time to go and he stood with the door open. I rushed out but when I got there it slammed shut in my face.
While we stood on opposite sides of the door he blew her a kiss.
He doesn’t know that I know, but I heard it land on her heart.
There were three of us today.
While I walked behind them to the train station I realised that no one missed me today.
There was no ticket for me today, someone else had first priority.
There was no hand holding mine today, dragging me so I wouldn’t miss the train.
His hands were holding hers and mine were left to fiddle with a past that I seamed to have lost.
I stumbled alone today trying to avoid a fall.
But it was then that I realised that my lips were already kissing the concrete floor.
We reached his stop today, when I leaned forward for a goodbye kiss I noticed that something
was amiss then I realised that I was the only one sitting there.
I looked out the window today but there was no one staring back.
No one waving goodbye because today his arms were draped around her size 28 waist.
I thought the train was moving too fast today, everything was such a blur,
but when I put my finger on my chin I realised the train was dead still.
There were three of us today.
Wish I got her name. I’d so kindly ask her to return what was once mine.
