i dont even know what son is saying but the beats&rhymes are on point.
i dunno about the hiphop head/hiphop buyer hypothesis. thot it was the singles that catches the attention of folks...
i have heard a few hot singles tho. tumi's 'its not love' or something is one. even the flabba singles are dope.can't even hate.maggs 'its all good' is also an ok single.who else is making noise in SA???

and i stopped listening to the roots after illadeph halflife. i can 't stand talib.was excited when i heard young nations 'african prey' and some sean price feature joint but the LP wasn't for me. who else?

yah. can't even watch the finals out here. the cavs are getting swept tho.king james will have to wait til they got a some proper 'in the paint' player to complement his game.larry hughs used to be my mans but hes an under-achiever. detroit is just too good for cleveland.
the west? i could give a f*** as well but the spurs shouldn't be going beyond game 5. They are going to need the rest cos chris webber is getting his ring this season.

word is 'cap city' gear is coming soon(tees,sweaters,fitted,...) so y'all know i am on that. i see all y'all rocking that as well cos u know thats where the finest is @!
i think cats should put what they are comfortable in. besides not everyone can afford $50+ football jerseys unless u copped it at swap meet/park station. but i m feeling TNG on schooling kids about flags. I BE SEEING A LOTTA FUNNYSTYLE CATS OUT HERE. but its all good. one always gets to have a good laugh at hiphop shows.

definitely. the wack thing is espn hasn't been showing the finals for the last 2years or so now. but i should check the conference finals.the west.hopefully baron davis kills off avery johnsons team so the mavs can have a longer summer vac. denver is my team in the west but the spurs might f*** shit up. jr prince just needs to chill with the rookie plays and NENE,A.I,CAMBY&MELLO NEED TO put up huge #s. realistically, i am seeing the pheonix and san antonio in the finals.
the east. my team didn't make the playoffs(the knicks) and miami is out. don't really care about the rest.i see detroit representing the east in the finals. the west is too close to call.
I think the overall level has gone down tho. I prefer college ball these days.
