General Discussion / Shocking stuff
« on: September 11, 2008, 03:01:11 PM »
been chatting with a mate of mine. she works at the tuks wellness centre.
she had some confidential papers in her possetion when she told me this very priveledged information.
of the 40 white male students that donated blood at tuks last week, 35 of them were found to be HIV positive.
THIS IS SHOCKING!!!
and it got me thinking how badly i have been brainwashed! i have always been under the impression that aids/hiv was more of a black desease. im waiting for her to tell me what the black male students stats came out looking like now. its crazy people.

this is just a call to everyone on AG.. I implore you all to be very carefull with the way you handle your business. be safe. and now that i know the stats, be even more safe if you are studying at tuks

Women 'kidnap, rape' man
29/07/2008 09:36  - (SA)

Linda de Beer, Beeld

Johannesburg - Rustenburg police are looking for three women who apparently held a 53-year-old man for three days and raped him.

The man was allegedly forced to drink a cool drink believed to have been spiked with a sex drug. The women then each took turns to rape him, Rustenburg police spokesperson Constable Dipuo Modiko said on Monday.

According to the man's statement to police, he was walking to Kroondal outside Rustenburg last Tuesday when three women in a black BMW stopped next to him. He accepted their offer of a lift.

The women said they first wanted to stop for fuel when their victim asked why they had driven past Kroondal. Then a firearm was pointed at him. He was ordered to lie down on the back seat and a blanket was thrown over his head.

"The man claims they stopped at a secluded spot at a house without a roof. He had to drink the cool drink that was offered to him. Then he was undressed. One woman took out a condom and had sex with him. The other two were next," said Modiko.

According to the man, he was released early on Friday morning. He had to get into the car and was dropped off next to the road. A pa**er-by picked him up and took him to the police station. The women apparently took his cellphone, R230, his ID document, keys and work card.

Geek Section / Games Update
« on: June 30, 2008, 09:25:02 AM »
Hasnt been a post on games here for a while.

Anyway, my console had been gathering dust for the past 4-5 months, so i decided to go out and cop some games and make it usefull again over the weekend.

I copped grid, gta 4 and ninja gaiden II

Grid is without question the best car racing game i have ever played in my life!!!! The graphics is breath taking! The cars (so far) handling is the best iv come across and the general gameplay is totall new to this genre of gaming! On a downside, i find it frustrating that in a quest to make the game as realistic as possible, the developers have done away with the quick car reset button(after a crash). What they have down however, is created an interesting alternative called a flashback, where after a serious accident or a poorly negotioted manuever, you can go into instant replay mode, then cut into a scene in you instant replay to continue from there.(Dnt know if you will get that??)
Another thing is the ease with which the cars get damaged. The damage reduces the performance of the vehicle making it harder than it already is to win anything. In most car racing games ive played it takes a whole lot more to damage or write off a car, but here its almost too easy.
All in all this is a brilliant game that gets an 8.8/10 from me.

Gta 4 was not as bad as i had expected it to be. The cut scene graphics could have been better but the in game graphics are pretty crisp! The game is not different in anyway from it previous releases and i cant even think of anything more they could have done to set this particular release miles apart from the others. The level of detail and amount of interactivity with people and objects around you is also quite interesting. Driving is just as poor as it has been in the previous releases and the camera angles are very poor.
All in all this game came accross as a disappointment considering all the hype that surrounded its release and sales success.
I give this game a 5.8/10

Ninja gaiden II was released with a reasonable air of hype around it as well. The people who hyped this game up should all be hanged in Botswana. This was a useless attempt at programming, and i want my money back...seriously. I would be wiling to trade this game for a street wise two for anyone who is interested.
Dont buy this game.
It gets a 0/10 from me.

General Discussion / The economics of marriage
« on: June 25, 2008, 11:33:40 AM »
The mathematics, based on the Paul McCartney-Heather Mills divorce is as follows:

After 5 years of marriage, he paid her $49 million. a**uming he got sex every night during their 5 year relationship (which would NOT have happened!) it ended up costing him $26,849 per time.
This is Heather.

On the other hand, Elliot Spitzer's call girl, Kristen, an absolute stunner with a body like no other, charges $4,000 an hour. For anything!
This is Kristen.

Had Paul McCartney 'employed' Kristen for 5 years, he would've paid $7.3 million for an hour of sex every night for 5 years (a saving of $41.7 million).

Value-added benefits are: a 22 year old hot babe, no begging, no coaxing, never a headache, plays all requests, ability to put BOTH legs around you (!!!), no bitching and complaining or 'to do' lists. Best of all, she leaves when you're done, and comes back when you ask her. All at 1/7th the cost, with no legal fees!!!

Sometimes renting makes far more sense.

Lets discuss

General Discussion / You & Your Religion
« on: June 23, 2008, 01:37:17 PM »
This will prolly be a boring topic for a lot of you but i find it to be quite interesting.

Just a couple questions. To people who are in a position to answer:

What exactly do Jews believe in?? Do they have a their own messiah? What is their take on Jesus Christ?

Why is it that some muslim women have to wear that full shroad in face scarf, and others dont, they can go clubbing and drink and sleep around?

This is directed at Pyro: I think i heard you mention once that you dont believe in God. What is your reason for that? Were u ever religious? And if you were what could have happened to make you turn your back on religion?

To 'christian heads', have you ever been in a position to choose between the culture and your religion? Where did/do you draw the line?

General Discussion / personal experiences turned advice
« on: June 11, 2008, 04:07:26 PM »
Add on if you can

•   Do NOT run up, or down a flight of stairs with your hands in your pocket
•   Don’t cop them colognes they sell on the street, even if you trying to help the niggas hustle, you’ll end up with a well packaged bottle of dishwashing liquid
•   For dudes: Do NOT play basketball, (especially if you jump a lot), with boxers on, make sure you got briefs on.
•   For dudes: Don’t wear silk boxers to interviews, you normally have to sit still at them. Slipping and sliding of the chair is not a good look.
•   For students: Its pretty fun running out of a private cab without paying after a crazy night of binge drinking. Its not as fun getting caught. You will find that you are still susceptible to pain even under the influence of alcohol.

More coming soon. Just remembering a couple of times from my varsity days.

Used to chill at block of flats. There was this honey i used to feel that lived about two floors down. we used to see each other and give each other the eye but never got around to actually engaging into a solid convo with this broad. One day i took the elevator, i was on the top floor, and was on my way down. It was one of those day when your stomach is a warzone from. I had been cutting burners since early morning that day. So i stepped into the elevator and released about 3 climate changers in a row, only to find that this honey jumped on to the lift  on the floor below me. Damn!  That was a very awkward, and long trip down to the ground floor. I could tell she smelt the reality and was battling to breath. Needless to say that experience killed whatever plans i had for shorty.
