but they will help you with sentence contruction and other basic xhosa language rules.

figured as much.
kinda feel i'm doing a state of the nation address when i'm attempting the phrases..

i kinda guessed this thread would be semi-derailed by those nasty
xhosa swearwords that they tell you "no , no man - he is calling you a towel-raling"

or

"no man - ifuni wewe (that song, you know the one) means the person wants some cheese" ....

man ...the expressions give it away ;D ;D

in the meantime just add an "i" infront of every english noun, e.g. iTaxi, iBus, iStove

lol..why not "U" ..that way i show more respect for it  ;D

BUT.....ANY help is appreciated

speaking of overly vocab orientated hiphop...has anybody heard BUSDRIVER ?
I read this one magazine promoting it as this new shining beacon of hope for hiphop , then labels it under  "artcore"...
btw ...this is one of those mags that reviews the cacophony we now call "artrock" as well.

i downloaded it.dudes flow sint bad.but it gave me such a headache trying to rewind and figure out what the heck was going on.

ps - i bought the sharpa album....the beats get very obscure.
there's strong thought out lyricism yes.....
but nothing u need a doctorate for...

just my 5cents worth

The most irritating flows voices in Hip Hop awards commences.
In no particular order....the most yawn worthy , unlistenable , grating flows in the game (dead or alive) , present or past:

this is one of my list games...
so feel free to add on.

Female MC award goes to Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes

Then there's

Guru - nevermind sleeping pills...no variation...zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Sen Dog from cypress Hill (No motivation necessary)
Sometimes even B-REAL can be a bit much on an empty stomach.

and for the "learn to rap with your f***ing mouth open club":

Mase, Fifty cent

any other candidates?
