There is this dvd out called The Secret, about how to take back control of your life with a few basic easy steps. The dvd was also reviewed by Oprah last week some time.
This dvd is so inspiring and motivating. Its basically all about how everything that happens to you in life is governed by Laws of physics( if you want) combined with your own spiritual being.
They make a good example, if you jumped from a skyscraper you would certainly hit the ground whether you a good person or not. This example is self explanatory...EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOU IS GOVERNED BY THE LAW OF ATTRACTION. And it all starts with....your thoughts!
We focus too much on the things that we dont want, therefore we keep getting the same results because thats what we spend most of our time contemplating about thus drawing that negative energy towards ourselves.
No matter what....keep your thoughts FOCUSED on the things that you want rather than the things you dont want. The universe doesnt care whether you feel bad or good, it focuses on the energy you give out and gives you the same energy back.
The trick is staying focused on YOUR WANTS when you feel like youve hit rock bottom and your FEARS, FRUSTRATIONS etc take centre stage. Acknowlegde your weeknesses but keep your mind firmly FOCUSED on the things you want in life, success requires developing a faithfull relationship with your goals.
So all those sayings that go like......Nothing in life is easy, You gotta pay your dues, Youll never amount to anything in life without hard work, etc...to mention but a few are all bogus ways to keep us focused mentally believing that life is hard.
Life is what you make it...you are here on this earth to create your own world and to be the best that you can be.
1. Nothing new will come in your life without gratitude.

Most old school niggaz gone probably kill for sayin this shit.
I remember earlier this year there was some thread comparing 9th Wonder to Pete Rock, and some young nigga said that he don’t feel Pete Rock.Well to be very honest I got some Pete Rock shit from my cuz and to be honest I don’t realy see what the big deal is.
I got Soul Survivor 1 and 2, and from both discs I think I only felt like 4 tracks from both da albums.
But 9th Wonder on the other hand, is the one nigga that SHIT CAN”T EVEN DESCRIBE HIM he’s on a league of his own.I think he is the 1 nigga that gone take over primo.
Have any of ya’ll heard “Scars” by Big Pooh.
So to sum it all up I feel 9th Wonder more than Pete Rock and by far.
Yo could ya’ll give me a few cla**ics Pete has done, coz I’m definitely missin sumthin, anybody who is one of Nyambo’s dopest producers gotta be dope.
Besides the shit he done for the Onyx, Big Pun, Dead Prez, and Soul survivor series what else has he done, pls somebody school me PLS
