first i wanna know the criteria used to select the so called best rappers.coz it looks like some people here are using the number of copies sold to determine whos the best and whos not.....if its like that nelly(YEAH OFF COURSE NELLY) is supposed to be up there,that wont be fair because the likes of AFRIKAA BAMBATAA and KRS ONE didnt enjoy the same previledges like the jay zs,the nellys,the 50s,eg budgets,promotion endorsements etc,what am trying to say is there is no way in hell jay z can be rated above krs one or rakim,take for example criminal minded,that album is shitting(better) on all jayz albums combined,thats my opinion anyway

its more than that bro,remember el was working for rawkus as an a&r for sometime,apparently they held back most of the artist he brought to rawkus,thats one the things which brought bout the so called beef(puffy issue inclusive)...but i thought el said they squashed the beef.

despot=Fire-this kid never dissapointed me since he joined defjux,plus the beat from blockhead is tight
cage=good track,he,s improved lyrically lately,loved hells winter(his album)
aesop rock=Nice,cant wait for his next album,heard blockhead,s got more beats there
overall i will say its a descent mixtape/compilation,for a free release its good
