Hot Traxxx / Anti-Xenophobia
« on: May 21, 2008, 09:47:03 AM »
Hi

Been toying with the idea of putting together an anti-xenophobia music project. Just local Hip Hopers showing support to those that have suffered.

I'm not sure how good an idea it is, I'm hoping it could get to a point where it could be sold and all the proceeds go to the victims.. Similar to the idea Hype Mag is running with the shows.

I dont know... Thoughts?

For now i'd like to get Cash, Rattex or anyone on pioneer unit on this song.

General Discussion / SA Releases???

Hmm... Its the 2nd Quarter.

Okay... I was really anticipating this years releases. But things arent rolling out the way i had expected... Wattup with all the releases that were meant to come out first quarter?

The Damola and Blaklez projects I've been working on the last few years were supposed to have come out, but the regular indie obstacles have hindered their release. I'd hoped for March/April releases, but its not looking that way. Hopefully they can come out this quarter.

ANy word on the other releases? What is still coming out this year? The Federation still on track?

General Discussion / We on the Grind 2: Blaklez and Damola
« on: April 01, 2008, 08:48:38 AM »
I dont know if you guys remember. but last year Lez recorded to DJ Premier and Termanologie's watch how it goes down beat?

Well i sent the song to Dj Premiers Manager Phat Gary late last year and this weekend we got a beat from Primo for Lez to rock. He penned it down last night, and we recorded a blazing hot track. Damola rocked up to and dropped a killer thugged out 16. I just sent the song through for Preme's signature cuts for the hook.

I might get in trouble for this, but i uploaded a snippet of the song tentatively titled " The Real it Brings". Big moves for SA. Enjoy

General Discussion / Hardest Working Africans
« on: March 31, 2008, 04:38:36 PM »
I'm curious. I'm not sure who's the hardest working nation on the continent. For the most part it pains me to say it, but the Zambians' i know are mighty lazy. I love my people but the work ethic is lacking.

Zimbabweans on the other hand are really hard working. A lot of the Zimbo's i've gone to Varsity with or played sports with have always achieved a lot. They should be up there. Ethopians and Somalians seem to hold it down at school. who else?

Where does SA lie?  ;)

Ku Klux Klan DOES NOT Endorse Barack Obama for President

Ku Klux Klan DOES NOT Endorse Barack Obama for President

Despite some rumors, the Ku Klux Klan is not endorsing Barack Obama for President. In fact, Thomas Robb, national director of The Knights Party says his organization has serious questions it would like Barack to answer. Said Robb, "Is he willing to stand for the protection of white men, women and children who are quickly to be America’s new minority. Just over two years ago, the Brookings Institution in Washington D.C. stated that white children under the age of five were counted for less than 50% of the population. I do not feel it is an exaggeration to be very concerned about America’s future." Where does Barrack Obama’s allegiance lie? And what about Hillary Clinton or John McCain? Will they voice concern for the sons and daughters of the Republic?

The United States of America is a great nation! How great will we be should a traitor take office as President? Is America headed down a dangerous path? We believe so. While we do not take an official position toward any candidate, we feel that we represent the opinion of many dissatisfied people throughout the country who worry for the future of their children. Will anyone, be it Republican or Democrat, stand up and voice their support for white Christian Americans?

Rachel Pendergraft, the national spokeswoman for the organization said, "We pray for the day when we will see a strong candidate; a God fearing white man or woman, who will restore the principles of the Constitution, promote free enterprise versus a planned economy, put military troops on the border to stop illegal immigration, put an end to the social experiment called forced integration which has had a devastating effect on all races, and return our schools to a wholesome environment of learning by removing homosexual indoctrination"
