b man i´ll b honest wit u.u got a state-owned media that´s promotin local Cheap-Hop and,cuz of 100% local content gvt policy, does not play regional or international music.can u believe i 1st learnt of Cashless Society from a mag page that had fallen in the street?u got an underground scene that´s germinal and fragmented.u got a national economy that´s debilitated for, mainly due to political implications(thus reducin peeps´ disposable inc and narrowin market possibilities).a workin cla** that is mainly in their thirties and does not understand wat The Culture is and considers it as adoptin western values.u got a minister of info and publicity that made an album that´s gettin mo airplay than any other album.radio djs who won´t play yo music if u dont pay.sum who hev shares in record labels (and guess whose music they play)but i beliv these are the conditions that foster the spirit of revolution, hence, Hip-Hop rite man?other than that there is mad talent up in here (Metaphysix,The Movement,Kingpinn[R.I.P],etc..).i still go to the open mic sessions.i guess hop is what kips all of us goin really aint it.i´ve learnt that without dream first the music dies and then it becomes your turn.
