Former South Africa World Cup hero Philemon Masinga was arrested at the weekend for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

Reports said police detained Masinga in Klerksdorp, 130km west of here, and that he would face charges of drunken and reckless driving and of obstructing officers and resisting arrest.

He was later released on bail and is expected to appear in court on Monday.

Chippa Masinga jus resigned from Jomo Cosmos as a**itant Coach.. he's now a new Head Coach of some team n the Mvela League.
