GATEWAY GOODS?

A suggestion: Any chance there could be some "Africas gateway" tshirts & stickers so we can promote this site.I'm willing to pay for it.

Sometimes I tell HipHoppers "It was on the AG" and few people know what I'm talking about.
I guess its kinda arrogant of ME to a**ume all HipHoppers now what the AG is.This would be a cool way to make sure they find out.

For real.  Its a decision a lot of cats will have to make.  In some senses I was predicting this might come up.  Point in time type shit.  Sounds contradictory but as much as I'm behind it here, I often think about that shit when I'm overseas.

I support it fully.  I'll even throw down a little something if need be man.

AG is more than just a web site,,, it's a community, it's an information resource, it's a place to hear unsigned hype,,, it's definitely a brand.

i'd also be into throwing a little cash at getting some t-shirts done (as long as i liked the design).

if my memory serves me correctly, i do remember a good many of us talking along these very same lines. t-shirts, calenders and events and the likes - but nothing really came of it.

true indeed tha. maybe we should think along the lines of a concept for the merch- would we be selling the site itself, the dynamic within or would it be focused specifically on the people active in it and the things they say. I'm sure it could attract enough attention to bro=ing hits to the site if you put some of the things BriCk says for example (just random lines) and an AG catch...or something.

Look here, I'm in the process of relocating to JHB, will be there permanently in October.  This is why I'm quite at the moment coz there's a whole lot of shit I'm sorting out with the move.  In JHB I'm going to have way more time on my hands coz I'll be moving to a less stressful job.  So this suggestion is definately noted.  It's something I've been wanting to do for a long time.  If anybody wants to join me in doing this you can contact me at info@africasgateway.com and we'll get together in Jozi.
