I just came back from a road trip to Windhoek and realised the importance of moisturising.
From the inside, was guzzling down H2O and juice bottle after bottle.
On the outside: staight after abath, good ol vaseline mixed with lotion all over the body, including inbetween toes and on the elbows. Olive oil moituriser for face.

I used to moisturize every inch of my body until i discovered Calendula Moisturizing Soap by Tom's of Maine. There is no need for me to apply any lotions after a shower. Keeps me moisturized even during the harsh winters in the US.
