I'm from Gugs (Gugelethu), a township in Cape Town.
Have always lived there minus one year when I was 7yrs old, I spent that in the Eastern Cape.
I moved to Goodwood about 3yrs back though. the most boring area i've ever been too in Cape Town but it's safer than where I came from.
Gugs is where Mzoli's is at. Where my "loud and always excited when they talk" sisters are at. nothing but house music lovers are at. little thugged out 15 year olds are at. my always chilling at the Shebeen brothers are at.
Sounds like your hood doenst it but no its not cause Gugs is where the Park Jam every Sunday afternoon is at, Where Driemanskaap, Ill-Skills, Sole, T.O.P, Korianda, Lulama, Siya, Kritsi and his UNIC crew and mos def where Lungelo is from and that's where I'm from!
