Not to hijack the topic or anything but the last nite match between Africa 11 and World 11 was supposed to showcase and prove to the rest of the world that we are indeed capable of staging the World Cup, we can fill the staduims and we are pa**ionate bout soccer. But one thing that bothers me ..no make it pissess me off.... is that whenever there is an international match like last nite, u get all these English premier fans (most of them wearing Man U and Arsenal jerseys) dominating especially in Cape Town......... these ppl are not familiar with SA football fans culture at all.... they just repp the same kak they see on TV.....what is up with the Mexican wave....... if you think i m being an a**hole.... just wait for the Pirates vs Tottenham next week and see what i mean.

For real man. its a sad state of affair 3 years to 2010. We need our own vibe (SA vibe) for the world cup and not some mexican wave copycat ish

For that to happen, the WC tickets should be affordable to the majority of ppl esp those fans who brave cold weather to watch the SA premier league. But it looks like they gonna be watching from it the screen and those ignorant , rich muffacas would be dominating the staduims.... f***youverymuch if u 1 of them
