yeah, I have a standard paypal account and south africa cant recieve money from paypal, its screwed up totally, so you'll need to get an offshore brokerage us bank account for free, I can let you know how to do this if you intrested, and then you'll get a debit card from the bank which you can use at any atm to withdraw that paypal money

but what if you have the paypal business account? does the same process apply?

problem is the banks in SA refused to accept paypal cause they dont want the ppl do deal in international trade, paypal is efficient but not for us unfortunately, send them an email about the business accounts and we south africans can receive money
