i've always worked with loud white peeps so in my opinion it's not really a black thing bra. I think its a language thing. It seems like you're not supposed to speak loud if you speak black. loud white peeps dont usually get looks of disapproval when they speak loud but blacks do and the funny thing is that we get those looks from black and white white people.
