if you are working for someone who is a semi-trusted , sort of highly respected entity & you find that a member of this entity is commiting fraud....

let's further say that this person is aligned to the leader of the entity & youa re a newcomer....
do you point out this person's wrongdoings to everyone who respects the entity?
especially if this could mean that your relationships with the entity could be soured and you lose income....

....or how would you go about it?
difficult one.

1. Should shit hit the fan are you gonna be affected negatively by it in any way?

2. Is this persons wrong doing affecting you in any way?

3. Is there any way you can profit with this persons wrong doing without being "directly involved" in it....aka black mail?

2.it makes my profession look bad.but not me directly.

3.i hate fraud.wouldnt want to benefit from that.

Then blow the whistle, but make sure that blowing the whistle doesn't endanger you. Some people go crazy over that ish.
ps. You have extremely high morals I commend that... I would've black mailed him cause his crusty a** doesn't seem to care what happens tome and how his ish will affect me. But thats just me
