A rather long que for petrol (leading onto the street) on the Tuesday preceeding the first wednesday of last month when the petrol price went up for the second consecutive month.
On any given day that's not a normal.
The way the grey cloud is looming in the horizon also adds to the angst.

It's all a matter of perception really....that's what I saw.

haha,,, but where's your journalistic integrity nats? you're making out like we're in zim or something. a queue of 5 cars lining up to get into one of the busiest garage's in cape town (which also has a woolworths in it) is hardly a scandal. all it needs is someone to park badly around 5pm and that happens there on the regular

the first pic is of Site C which is part of Khayelitsha and the third pic was taken in Atlantis, a small town 40 km outside of Cape Town.......the town was established during the Apartheid era as a community for Cape Town's Coloureds, in order to move them out of the city.
