Overmars was dope.. He didn't seem to like to pa** the ball at Arsenal. He was a dope winger tho. I prefer Arjen Robben.

Their perfect defenders, and perfect wingers and strickers. I think Zidane takes it. overall skill , control, ability and natural aptitude and awareness for football. Hard to think of anyone better.

Personally, I think Diego Maradona edges Zizou. He had skill, control, pace, goalscoring ability the ability to pull a team out of sticky situations. Tough to separate them though. Zidane made football look simple and hardly ever lost the ball. I like them both but have to go with Diego.

yizad was the truth. i agree with nyambs dude made football look simple. but on the maradona edging zizou - i think that is just offsides. i would even rate fernando redondo better than diego in my opinion - shitty thing is that dude suffered one injury after another.

i would keep an eye on the kid nasri - he's headed to arsenal from the looks of things and he's going to make alot of players look ordinary, bad even if he feels like it.

what about kaka? he's pretty much as close as to being complete as a player if you think about it, and by his own admission he's nowhere close to being the best he can possibly be.

Samir Nasri is an amazing player, he has a great future ahead of him but a little injury prone. The Zidane tag they give him is a joke. Its like if you are french and of north african descent then you are the new Zidane. First of there will never be a new Zidane, leave the legend alone. secondly he isnt that type of player at all. Zidane is more of a keep the ball, slow down tempo and control shit while Nasri is much more direct and likes to use his pace a lot more, he likes to speed things up and drift infront of the box. He loves to drift into the area between defence and midfield, causes alot of PROBLEMS when he operates in that area.
