yup yup... they will be running tings with thier big money.
Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood has said him and other shareholders within the club cannot ignore an investor who came in for a huge bid for the club.
Hill-Wood is well aware of the advantage that clubs such as Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City have over his own club in terms of financial clout in the transfer market.
However, manager Arsène Wenger has sufficient transfer funds to bring in the player that he wants for the right price, but Hill-Wood says that it is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore the rich billionaires.
He said: "If somebody came and made a really huge bid then you cannot recommend shareholders turn it down because we don't like it.
"We want the club to stay in its current ownership and, of course, you have some concern that someone will try to buy the club.
"The directors don't want to sell but we are a public company. It depends on the price."
Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov has long been linked with a hostile takeover of Arsenal, and because of his increasing stake within the club, the directors agreed a lock-down agreement over any potential sale of their shares last October.
