You cant really say that.. True Most IP adresses are dynamic and refresh regulary. But some people request static IP's. Either way, you and i, know what can be done with an IP adress.

it's not that hard and neotrace is available all over the net. So are other products like that.

If anyone has the know how to hack your shit, they would also know how to get your IP without Trompie posting it.

There are people here like myself who love doing shit like that for fun, track a nicca down and maybe drop a clowns face in his comp. Blocking some Kats is not gonna help, you make em mad next thing you know AG might not be nice coz people be getting shit from hackers.

But all in all, lets keep the hacking to ourselves and not pa** it around
