Derailment can be easily policed if the moderators had the rights to delete/ purge/ modify posts.

Pyro & Ekks thats some BS about buying Zimbabwe for a couple of hundred Rand. A lot of Zimbabwean businesses transact in US$...
...you realise the Rand fell to 7yr lows vs the US Dollar this past week...
