Erykah badu - Nu Amerykah was so dope

Asa - Asa french residing Nigerian vocalist just blew me away this year...

but i must say everything else was a bit disappointing i ended up going back to some old ish... Quasimoto - The unseen, Insight - Blast Radius, Danger Doom,

hopefully 2009 will see some big things happening

Havent heard Ben Sharpa, but I bet this will be dope.

Have to say paper trail is not worth the hype. there are a few beats i dig, but some of the raps put me off. The SLU beat is crazy (or at least the drums), there is a beat by Swizz, swing your rag that is nice. banger. The 1st two beats as well. Not sure of the rest really. mayeb on a longer listen, it will hit me.

Got my (freebie) copie of TI yesterday and I must say I never considered myself his market but boy does that dude have content.
Dam it's like that short prison stint must' a woke sumthing up in dude. My goodness is he writing, we can still debate that whole south flow but as far as content I am truly impressed.
