Im afraid Same fate awaits Chelsea whose squad is repidly aging. They forgot about the development side of the business and are now paying the prise. Whilst the likes of Manu and Arsenal are blooding in young players the likes of Chelsea and Sundowns are only happy to spend.
I hear locally Ajax is touted as one of the best when it comes to development. Pirates is also not doing too bad if only they they can get their act together. Phela with the likes of S Nkosi, Vilakazi, OJ, A Nale, Mathebula, Walaza, etc they be very competitive.
Big clubs like Man Utd make a profit on developing and selling.
