Brave of you to do an entire concept album. Overall the execution was right (see: Serenity). Melikes conceptual albums.
With that said I think the MC persona could do with some humility. This is of course just a personal preference I have but methinks some of the songs come off as a bit preachy which makes it difficult to identify personally with the MC (even if he is a Thundergod).
I echo the biggest flaw is the flow. Some of the flows seemed a bit off beat & forced as Nat said. Possibly its working a little
too hard on that. Shouldnt sound like you're holding a rhyme book reading but more like you're in CJ's killing lames for playing the race card

I agree with the comments about the different acoustics (Reverb or no reverb
). Feels more like the vocal track was pasted on top of the beats after the fact as opposed to being an instrument on the sonic landscape. Its distracting at times. I suggest having someone like D Planet look at the mastering.
My faves: Wake Up; Do You Understand (Son(?) is possessed on that beat) and Serenity.
