Lets hope when these cats album drop they will not disappoint and be a major anti-climax. As i see it these are one of the dopest mcees in the game but in this current hip hop market they are just rejects who couldnt get a major album deal even at Koch before they formed this group.

very true, they are all nice but none of them managed to "make it" or should i say "blow up" individually when they were given the opportunity and where signed to a major label (not their fault for the most part). my point being, we have heard so much stuff from all these cats combined that i wonder if this strategy of theirs to form a "super group" wont be another failed attempt to reach people. to be quiet honest, i dont see them surviving one album, if they release another one, then il be hella surprised...

Budden is the weak link n the crew for me. I would have loved to see him being replaced by either Chino or Corey Gunzz. They would make this crew unf***withable.

Thing is, I have yet to hear a dud track from them - even when they spit over old beats. I agree, there are potential pitfalls, but for now it seems as if they're incapable of producing anything but gold.

Soft in what sense? I think Corey is one of the most talented young lyricists out there right now.
Don't get me wrong. I don't think he is better than Chino, but he is definitely better than Buddens. Better than a lot of cats that are shining right now.

Cory Gunz or Chino may be lyrically better than Budden (I disagree) but does Cory or Chino have the ability to make club tracks? That is what makes Budden like the unsung hero, his storytelling skills are amazing. He is a versatile emcee!!!
