Gin-i Grindith hasn't appeared on anyone's list so I though I'd throw that out there.

None of the 'swagger' rappers are 'lyricists' in any definition of the word I understand. Swagger rappers are all about simplistic rhymes and catchy flows - nothing wrong with that, but it's not lyricism.
