1) Woman all along, and test confirmed that- self confidence/esteem shattered because people actually think she is a man

2)She thinks she's a women until the test confirms otherwise. This is the first time she/he finds out he is actually a man. Goes into therapy, medals are stripped, self confidence/esteem shattered.
