I also thought that line was weak. the whole track is weak actually. silly rhymes, it has my girl in stitches too because of how silly it sounds.

AKA is dope. that track(the taste of whats to come) he put out was a waste of time. I dont know if i should be mad at him or the niggas who came here giving us high expectations.

Let's face it, neither L-Tido or AKA are heavyweight lyricists in any meaningful sense of the word, so why would you have high expectations? Neither have that vicious threatening shit in their voices to make their disses carry weight either. It's Kid n Play.

AKA just seems wittier so he's still 'winning' for me.

Also, call me old-fashioned but if you're going to diss someone you can't just take generic shots at them. You have to dismantle their style, their character and the way they present themselves in a manner that makes them look ridiculous. This has to be done in a powerful, memorable way that sticks in the mind of the listener.

AKA's line about L-Tido being 'Maggz's handbag' does this well. I'm not sure if I've heard any other lines that do this though. Can anyone else think of any?

I think the problem with these guys is that their styles are just too similar so none of their disses make sense (like them accusing each other of sounding American).
