Using the dressing room right next to Bra Hugh at the Jazz fest and hearing him rehearse before going on stage!  ;D

- Getting an editor job
- Losing the editor job and realising it was a good thing
- Going freelance full-time and realising it was not only possible but fun
- Getting 20/20 onto a full-time station
- Interviewing Raekwon, Speech Debelle, Guru, Mosioua Lekota and Mathews Phosa
- Abseiling down an 80m building
- Getting to spec up my studio proper
- Watching the Chicago Bulls beat the Utah Jazz 102-101 with a buzzer-beating basket, live
- Seeing K'Naan. Show. Of. The. Year.
- Seeing Raekwon, Meth and Red, Rahzel, Dead Prez and a bunch of others
- Watching the Boks play at Wembley
