"down the rabbit hole"

alice in wonderland in 3D chappies.

another tim burton and johnny depp tag team. with depp in the delicious role of the mad hatter. how such can get shocking reviews is beyoooond me. and all the other lovelies there too - the red queen, twiddle dee and twiddle dum, the smoking caterpillar etcetera etcetera.

its gotten some rather sour reviews. but its:

I never went to nursary with wwhite kids so I don't know about white people and kid stories..


I tried to read the book and could not get it..this is a chance for me to get it...

I know nothing about this story either but i saw a bit of the trailor and I must say i do get the logic in getting high for it. might just do that too (no shrooms but weed)

Watched this & liked it. Hatter did his thing on that Futterwagon dance. I am learning that.
Even as an adult I enjoyed this without ever reading the book.

Am I "mad" for getting it?

too much emphasis on the story, when the story was never the issue, the focus really. its alllll about the characters. really would have wished to spend more time with the weird and wonderful lot of them. i felt the hurt there. that happy ending by force stuff stole my joy. but perhaps returned it to all the kideos one ended up viewing with. they seemed satisfied. shame man.

i didnt go for the story, went to hang out with friends.

the new dog character was sweet.
