Dude, it's just my opinion, u're also entitled to yours u know. Jay vs. Nas threads have been done to death, but if u really wanna know, then here is a comment from someone on youtube which i actually saw just now while listening to Take Over, and i fully concur:

The above is not a fact, it's Jay z' s ego-inspired opinion. It cannot be objectively dertemined that Nas was using his voice badly and Jay-z made something better out of it. He myt have added more words b4 and after the line, but that's more quantity, not necessarily more quality.

From the above the only facts are perhaps the four albums in ten years part (which we already know, so we give props to Jay z for pointing out the obvious) and the averaging part which is a sub A lesson in Maths. The part about one hot album in ten years also has no objective basis, so it's not a fact.

All in all Jayz has pointed out two facts which we didn't need him to do.
 So I can't see how the above qoutes are a basis for concluding that Take over is doper than Ether, not that i'm making a case to the contrary (which I can, but will not at this point).

Jay-Z signed Nas to Def Jam which somehow made Nas, Jay-Z’s slave.
Jay-Z’s “Takeover” re-started Nas’ career
