I need some advice. Where's Raiko or anyone who knows about Djing.
What would I need to use this? Can I just plug it into my laptop anduse the provided software to play my music and mix etc? I also wanna learn to scratch, so will this suffice for a complete starter in the world of itchy music?

In general I and many of the other DJ's i know would steer away from one piece units as if one part breaks (and trust if you starting out and gonna be manhandling those platters and cross faders, shit will break and need servicing/replacement) the whole thing must go in and they will charge a disa**embly cost cos there is a shitload of wiring and boards there they not supposed to f*** with.
Also the cheaper it is the quicker it breaks, in general, of the cdjs pioneer ones are still hardy as f***, just buy used on gumtree.
or spring for mid range gemini's but rather just buy proper Technics or Vestax turntables and get Serato or Final Scratch.
I've had turntables for more than a decade, (1210s) and have them serviced like every 4-6 years and they work exactly as when i bought them, used and 5yrs old. and those 1st 5yrs they were the main gear at a rowdy coloured club in the hood.
