verse1: origin of the species, survival of the fittest
marveling at these creatures, the irony of living
and dying in the interim as time tends to the limit, pivoting
a cyclicity that some stop finding interesting
the brave accelerate the pace, elevate their mental states
change their fates, meditate ways to stage the next page
from yesterdays that went away, to successive plays in which we´re centre-stage
seizing the day, marching for freedom - carpe diem

they saying it´s the rebirth but we´re far from mating season (believe them anyway)

that seeks to defeat, delete, deplete the melanin
we see it but retreat to keep the peace like gentlemen

without even discrediting the struggle - no hipocrisy
a mouse beating an elephant? bantu biko´s whole prophesy
why cry? freedom is nigh! dot your i´s, cross your t´s
get off your knees, here´s the philosophy
