this got me to the never ending story/debate!1. kwaito vs hiphop
2.kwaito cmafloaged as hiphop.
kwaito always had a following..... so why are they cannabalising us??
then it hit me them f***s is confused

this is what i mean.... is there a real journalist(like big time) who knows the difference hiphop and kwaito??....
then u got these people on some´we/i use to do kwaito then went int hiphop´ ok thats cool,but why are u bringing kwaito in hiphop.??

your view is a bijtie (and by a bitjie I mean a lot!) reactionary and elitist (more fearful of change than elitist but yeah)
I dont understand how local hip hop showing a hint of local influence create such an emo response?
I accept that you have the right to your own opinion and who you like but the premise of your opinion (that hip hop should not be influenced by kwaito) is a bad one considering the facts...

firstly to denounce local hip hop for the very fact that it is local, ie. not a carbon copy of USrap is silly if you take into account the importance heads put on "biting"
and then to  say that kwaito should not be brought into hip hop is hypocritical, cause you dont seem to have a problem with "jazz" or "soul" being brought into hip hop but when a local genre is included it is not on.
its cool not like some people (like HHP or Amu) but the problem arises when you generalise and dismiss a hip hop movement (the pantsula influence) because of your own beliefs -America=Good(god)-

i agree some people are leeching off the popularity of hip hop and its f***ed up but its not only the kwaito heads who are doing it and its not only them who are confused, everyone is, but none as much as hip hop heads are...

I no my veiw is a bit  vague...to some
chaos theory suggests that though things seem random and un organised theres order within them.
this theory is very similar to the strings theory.
go on google search.....read about these 2 theories,
though similar they arent one.
