the movie is coming out next year, with tom hanks in the lead and it´s been directed by the same people who gave us a beautiful mind with russel crowe - but yeah dan brown really wrote a book worth reading...

There´s always the danger of losing whats in the book. many films just don´t do justice to the books they are based on. A lot of the story is compensated for what producers think will sell.

true, but then there are movies like the lord of the rings trilogy and you know that some movies can stay true to the book(s) - somewhat.

many purists believe that the hobbit-like jackson didn´t do as good a job as was anticipated - this could also be the case with this particular project.

Haven´t read it yet, but from what I´ve heard he says a lot of things that I´ve been saying for years.

Maybe I should start writing down my thoughts.

I was dissapointed by lord of the rings.

Too many deviations from the book, focusing on less important things for the sake of sales.

I could do better.

Superbly written, wonderfully tense book.

But white man lies? Come on.
