A vocoder allows you to take the cadence of a vocal and play it to your own notes via a keyboard.
Think about the hook on Tupac's California Loving, thats a vocoder..ALSO extensively used by Teddy Riley for (nearly) everything he's ever done.
Hell even Bon Jovi used it... its quite old school.

Yeah, whats up with this whole 50 re-release?I heard something that he's doing a music vid for each track and all.Is that so?If so, is it just the same music vid edited accordingly? :lol:

Anyways, if they re-releasing then I'mma hold on a little while long.

I want them extra's man.Maybe we'll see the resurfacing of the other rhyme that Kanye removed originally that he replaced with his on one of the tracks u all speak of.

Just seen the "Be" (Intro) video..isht is like a 2 and a halfmin commercial for Brand Jordan but argueably the best track on the album!
Can't wait to see the "Testify" video!

Apparently they no longer releasing it.. well as of last week anyway.

The reason they wanna re-release it is cz they need it to go platinum at the label. I agree with this actually..come to think of it heres why:

This album needs to go plat so that major labels can see that it is viable to back an UNCommon artsit. All that really matters is the bottom line at the end of the day.

Cause: Comm goes plat then it will open the door for other artists over at the label who do not fit the conventional formula.
Effect: Label is more open to backing unconventional artists = HIP HOP GROWTH
